How does 3D CAD Viewer work?
The parser reads the mesh file's vertex and triangle data — binary or ASCII for STL, wavefront groups for OBJ, node hierarchy for glTF — and builds a geometry buffer in memory.
WebGL then renders the triangles through a perspective camera. Orbit controls rotate the camera around the model, and the wireframe view re-draws the same buffer as line segments. All rendering runs on your GPU, entirely on-device.
