Free Online Audio Equalizer — 10-Band EQ, Bass Boost & Waveform Visualizer

10-Band Equalizer, Bass Boost & Spectrum Visualizer. Real-time audio spectrum visualizer with 5-band / 10-band equalizer, bass boost, vocal presets, and playback speed.

What is Audio EQ and what does it do?

The 10-Band EQ & Waveform Visualizer is a free online audio equalizer that lets you boost bass, tune individual frequencies, apply genre presets, and watch a real-time spectrum visualizer — supporting MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, M4A, AAC, and OPUS files.

All sound processing happens live through the WebAudio API in your browser, so your music files are never uploaded while you shape their sound.

  • Adjust 5-band or 10-band equalizer sliders from 60Hz bass to 14kHz highs.
  • Apply one-tap presets: Bass Boost, Vocal Clarity, Rock, Electronic, Classical, and Flat.
  • Visualize audio with an animated real-time frequency spectrum.
  • Change playback speed for practice or transcription.
  • Process MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, M4A, AAC, and OPUS audio files.

How does Audio EQ work?

Your audio file is decoded into raw PCM samples by the browser, then routed through a WebAudio graph of BiquadFilter nodes — one per EQ band — each boosting or cutting its assigned frequency range.

A GainNode pair handles the bass boost and master volume, while an AnalyserNode computes the FFT data that drives the live spectrum animation. A peak limiter at the end of the chain prevents clipping, and all of it runs on-device in real time.

100% private: all processing happens locally in your browser using client-side WebAssembly, WebCrypto, WebAudio, and HTML5 Canvas. Your files are never uploaded to any server.
